Ingredients exceeding 2% may not be arranged in descending order p> If a certain ingredient is a composite ingredient composed of two or more other ingredients (excluding composite food additives), the name of the composite ingredient should be indicated in the ingredient table, and then the original ingredients of the composite ingredient should be indicated in parentheses in descending order of addition. When a certain composite ingredient has national, industry, or local standards, and its addition amount is less than 25% of the total amount of food, it is not necessary to indicate the original ingredient of the composite ingredient p> 4.1.3.1.4 Food additives should be labeled with their generic names in GB 2760. The name of a food additive does not include its preparation method. Food additives contained in composite ingredients with a dosage less than 25% of the total amount of food do not need to be labeled if they comply with the inclusion principle specified in GB 2760 and do not play a process role in the final product p> During food manufacturing or processing, the added water should be indicated in the ingredient list.
