Fastener tensile testing

According to the needs of professional development and national laboratory accreditation, the center has established eight professional rooms according to different majors and responsibilities, including a comprehensive management room, a research and development design room, a special process room, a technical service room, a performance testing room, a physical and chemical testing room, a thermal measurement room, and a non-destructive testing room.

1. Performance testing room (mechanical) testing capability: 35 sets of testing equipment, mainly engaged in room temperature (high and low temperature) tensile testing, room temperature (high and low temperature) shear testing, stress endurance/fracture testing, high cycle (low cycle) fatigue testing, guaranteed load testing, elastic toughness testing, riveting and other performance testing of metal materials and fasteners 2. Performance testing room (locking) testing capability: 16 sets of testing equipment, mainly engaged in locking performance, vibration test, sealing test, screwing out, breaking, pre tightening, loosening, and tensile resistance test of self-locking nuts and high locking nuts 3. Physical and chemical testing room (metallographic) testing capability: 23 sets of metallographic and hardness testing equipment, mainly engaged in testing metallographic structure, grain size, flow line, hardness, etc 4. Physical and chemical testing room (chemical) testing capability: 6 sets of testing equipment, mainly engaged in testing the element content of materials and fasteners, coating thickness, adhesion, and salt spray testing 5. Thermal measurement room (thermal) testing capability: 5 sets of testing equipment, mainly engaged in thermocouple, temperature instrument, recorder, furnace temperature uniformity, system calibration, calibration and maintenance of current and voltage meters and pressure meters 6. Thermal measurement room (measurement) testing capacity: 12 sets of testing equipment, mainly engaged in length precision testing and geometric measurement instrument calibration and repair 7. The non-destructive testing room currently has fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing lines, mainly engaged in fluorescent, magnetic particle, X-ray testing of fasteners, etc
