Detection process

I. Submit application

Customers need to submit applications to third-party testing agencies and prepare relevant materials, such as business licenses, product descriptions, etc. The application materials should be true and complete. The third-party testing agency will review the application materials and arrange professional personnel to conduct testing after meeting the requirements.

II. Acceptance requirements

After receiving the application, the third-party testing agency will verify the application materials, accept them after confirmation, and notify the customer to arrange the testing time.

III. Arrange testing

Professional personnel of the third-party testing agency will conduct a comprehensive test of the product, including appearance, performance, safety and other aspects. During the testing process, the third-party testing agency will strictly implement relevant national standards and technical specifications to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the test results.

IV. Result review

After completing the test, the third-party testing agency will review the test results, including data collation and report writing. During the audit process, the third-party testing agency will modify and improve the report according to relevant standards and customer requirements.

V. Report issuance

After the audit is passed, the third-party testing agency will deliver the report to the customer and provide the corresponding certificate and report according to the customer's requirements. At the same time, the third-party testing agency will be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and fairness of the report.

VI. After-sales service

After completing the report issuance, the third-party testing agency will provide customers with follow-up services, including answering and handling problems in the report, re-testing and evaluating the product, etc.
