1. Test items
Atomization effect: This is one of the core functions and is related to the degree of fragrance emission. The size of the droplets should be tested at the nanometer level to ensure that the mist is fine and uniform. For example, if the droplets are too large, it is easy to form water droplets, which will affect the fragrance diffusion and may damage the furniture. The amount of atomization should also be examined. Different gears should comply with the product labeling range to simulate different spaces, such as a 10-square-meter bedroom and a 20-square-meter living room, to see whether the mist can evenly fill the space.

Essential oil compatibility: The aromatherapy machine needs to be compatible with a variety of essential oils to test its tolerance to essential oils of different chemical properties to prevent the essential oils from corroding the internal components. Use common citrus, floral, and wood essential oils for a long time, observe whether the appearance of the machine and the internal pipes are deformed or corroded, and ensure safe and stable operation.

Noise level: The noise during operation should not be too loud to affect the use atmosphere, especially in quiet environments such as bedrooms. Use a sound level meter to measure the noise of each gear at a distance of 30 cm from the aromatherapy machine. 2. Testing method
Atomization test: Place the aromatherapy machine in a closed test cabin, inject a certain amount of water and essential oil, and use a laser particle size analyzer to capture droplets after turning it on. Count the proportion of different particle sizes. At the same time, place humidity sensors at different positions in the cabin to measure the distribution of atomization.

Compatibility evaluation: Prepare a variety of essential oil samples. Each essential oil runs continuously in the aromatherapy machine for one week. Check the appearance of the machine every day, disassemble and check the key internal parts, and record whether there are signs of corrosion or deformation.

Noise measurement: In a soundproof room, place the aromatherapy machine and the sound level meter at a standard distance, turn on each gear in turn, read the noise value after the operation is stable, and repeat several times to ensure accuracy.

Lighting verification: Use an illuminance meter to measure the brightness, adjust the aromatherapy machine light to various color modes, and observe the smoothness of color switching; use a stroboscope tester to determine whether there is stroboscope to ensure the quality of the light.
