Shoes are mainly composed of nine major parts, namely upper, mid upper, upper lining, insole, hook center, outsole, toe cap, tongue, and heel. To evaluate the quality of shoes, it is necessary to focus on both appearance and internal indicators. Due to the inherent indicators often requiring the use of testing instruments, for a consumer, identifying the quality of shoes from the perspective of appearance is more practical. Shoe component inspection item 1, damage: 1. Check if the finished shoe toe, mid upper outer side, and front eye protection display surface are damaged; 2. The inner side of the middle upper, other than the display surface, should not have any damage exceeding 2 square millimeters in area; 3. The inner collar and tongue of the shoes should not be damaged; 4. The sewing machine should not have any broken parts, and the shoe tongue label should not be damaged; 5. The bottom is damaged and lacks materials, with a length exceeding 1mm and a width of 1.5mm, which is unqualified; 6. Damaged and unqualified shoelaces. 2、 Firmness: 1. The tongue of the shoe must be firmly fixed without any detachment; 2. The webbing must be firmly fixed and must not fall off; 3. Drops, trademarks, and letters must not fall off; 4. Hot cut and firm without detachment; 5. The size of the transfer printing or fabric label should not fall off. 6. The component wiring should be firm and not fall off; 7. The metal buckle is cracked, deformed, loose, without a bottom buckle, and the paint peeling is unqualified; 8. The dripping plastic buckle is not firm, easy to break, and is not qualified; 9. The connection of the large bottom marker is not firm and unqualified; 10. The sole combination is not firm and the delamination is not qualified. 3、 Glue opening: 1. The finished shoes are no longer available with a length exceeding 2mm and a depth exceeding 1.5mm, and only have a glue opening area; 2. The bonding between the outsole and the upper is firm, without cracks or gaps; 3. Tensile test at least 2.5 kilograms per square centimeter. 4、 Size: 1, the left and right foot sizes are the same; 2. The actual size (length) of the shoes is the same, and the sizes of the lining and midsole are the same. 5、 Car line: 1. Any component, needle car broken or unqualified without bottom line; 2. The needle dropping of the sewing machine is not qualified; 3. Double needle wiring, double needle wiring, string wiring, and severely uneven and unsmooth line spacing are unqualified; 4. The bottom line of the stressed parts and main components is generally too loose, and the surface line floats out and is unqualified; 5. The edge distance and needle distance are severely uneven, and the circuit is not smooth, which seriously affects the appearance and is unqualified; 6. The color of the left and right legs of the stitching is incorrect, and the single needle or double needle stitching is not qualified. 6、 Color difference: 1. There should be no color difference between the symmetrical parts of a single upper and the symmetrical parts of the left and right feet of the entire pair of shoes; 2. There should be no color difference between the left and right feet of the bottom. The bottom wall should not have color difference, and the bottom pattern is acceptable, with slight color difference; 3. Accessories such as trademarks, webbing, drip molding, electric rust, high-frequency, and printing are not allowed to have serious color differences. 7、 Length: 1. If the front collar length exceeds 2mm, it is unqualified; 2. If the exposed length error of the tongue exceeds 3mm, it is unqualified; 3. If the bottom length exceeds 3mm, it is unqualified; 4. If the length of both ends of the shoelace exceeds 2cm, it is not qualified
