The production line focuses on ensuring the safety of the fabric, the delicacy of the pattern, the shrinkage of the cutting, and the technical level of sewing. In terms of safety, the content of formaldehyde, pH value, and decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes in school uniforms should meet the Class B requirements of GB18401-2010 "Basic Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products"; The combustion performance, sharpness of accessories, clothing straps, and residual metal needles should comply with GB31701-2015 "Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products for Infants and Children". The general testing requirements for school uniforms are equivalent to the first class requirements of current clothing standards, especially for product quality indicators that consumers are concerned about, such as color fastness, washing size change rate, pilling, color difference, fabric defects, and symmetrical parts, which have higher requirements than general clothing products, with some indicators reaching the level of first-class products. The comfort testing standard for wearing has specifically added a requirement that the nominal cotton fiber content of the part of the school uniform that directly contacts the skin should not be less than 35%, and it is not allowed to sew any labels or other details on the collar to enhance comfort
