Before use, we need to carry out installation, debugging, inspection, acceptance and other processes on these equipment. We cannot just think what we want. There are many acceptance specifications and standards for low-voltage switchgear and low-voltage distribution cabinets, and collecting them can definitely help you According to quality management theory, the final factory inspection alone is not enough for product quality inspection of low-voltage switchgear appearance dimensions and electrical components. The new management theory emphasizes comprehensive quality management, emphasizing full employee participation and full process participation. In the assembly process of low-voltage switchgear, every major process must be inspected after completion to ensure that the quality of each process meets the requirements. Four process inspections are required during the assembly process of the switchgear. 1. The inspection of overall dimensions and appearance quality is reflected in the fact that most switchgear cabinets are assembled. The components such as columns, beams, door panels, partitions, and side panels that are about to undergo mechanical processing are assembled into the cabinet body. The inspection of external dimensions involves checking the machining quality and the assembly quality. The overall dimensions include the height, width, and depth of the cabinet. For power distribution equipment, the height is generally 1800~2200mm, with six widths (six sizes on the front and back of the cabinet) and six depths (six sizes on the left and right sides). The relevant standards provide the allowable deviation range. If the deviation does not exceed the specified value, it is considered qualified; If the deviation exceeds the specified value but is less than twice the specified value, no score will be given. If the deviation exceeds twice the specified value (usually 1%), it will be considered unqualified. Another dimension is the diagonal difference. This is to check the verticality of the frame assembly. According to relevant standards, when the diagonal size is between 1800mm and 3000mm, the difference in diagonal size does not exceed 5mm, and it is considered qualified. The third one is the deviation of the door seam. When the length of the general door joint does not exceed 1000mm, the deviation between the width and width of the door joint shall not exceed 1mm; When the length of the door seam exceeds 1000mm, the deviation of the door seam shall not exceed 1.5mm (the same gap) or 2.5mm (the parallel gap between two door seams). The appearance of the cabinet mainly includes the quality and flatness of the coating layer on the door panels, side panels, top plates, etc. There are several types of coating layers, such as plastic spraying or spray painting. The overall requirements are uniformity, strong adhesion, coating thickness meeting the specified requirements, color consistency and compliance with regulations. The coating layer should not have wrinkles, flow marks, pinholes, bubbles, and scratches. The requirement for flatness is that the unevenness within each meter does not exceed 3mm. In addition, it is also required that the cabinet assembly be secure, and the door opening be flexible. 2. The inspection of the assembly quality of electrical components includes: (1) whether the model, specification, and quantity of the components used meet the requirements of the drawing; (2) Whether the installation and layout of components meet the process requirements; (3) The indicator lights, buttons, and instruments on the panel should be horizontal and vertical (during design, ergonomic requirements should also be considered, such as buttons, instruments, etc. should not be installed in too high or too low positions, otherwise operation and observation will be inconvenient); (4) Whether the components have complete markings and nameplates, and whether the content on the nameplates is correct; (5) Whether the installation of components is reliable, reasonable, and in accordance with the installation requirements of the component manufacturer (such as some components can only be installed vertically, not horizontally, and not tilted). (6) Also, check whether the electrical clearances and creepage distances of live parts in electrical components and functional units comply with regulations, and whether the flashover distances of circuit breakers and AC contactors are qualified. (7) The distance between live conductors such as exposed live terminals of electrical components and metal components (such as frames, partitions, door panels, etc.) should not be less than 20mm. If the requirements are not met, insulation measures must be taken. There should be a baffle between the fuses of each phase to prevent adjacent fuses from being affected when one phase fuse blows II Low voltage cabinet process inspection 1. The main contents of the wiring process inspection are: (1) whether the wire connection is secure; Only one wire is allowed to be connected to each terminal (if necessary, two wires are allowed to be connected); (2) Insulated wires passing through metal components should have measures to protect the wires from damage; (3) Use wire harnesses for wiring. The wiring harness should be horizontal and vertical, with a horizontal distance of no more than 30mm and a vertical distance of no more than 400mm, and there should be a fixed point
