How to inspect and test the wiring of the secondary circuit mainly includes two aspects: wire calibration and insulation resistance measurement, as follows:

1. Wire calibration should be carried out before and after wiring of the secondary circuit to ensure that the wire can be correctly connected to the terminal 2. Measure insulation resistance 1) For newly installed secondary circuit wiring, insulation resistance should be measured using a 500-1000V megohmmeter during inspection. For circuits with a voltage below 24V, only a megohmmeter with a voltage not exceeding 500V can be used. 2) The insulation resistance needs to comply with the following regulations: (1) The voltage of the DC small busbar and the control panel small busbar should not be less than 10M Ω; (2) Each branch of the secondary circuit and the power circuit of the switch and isolation switch operating mechanism should not be less than 1M Ω; (3) The operating circuit and protection circuit connected to the main current circuit should not be less than 1M Ω
