Descriptive statistics are conducted on the measurement values of the sample application area and the control area, including quantity mean, standard deviation, minimum, median, and maximum values.

Calculate the difference between the initial values of the sample application area and the control area and the measured values at other measurement time points, and then use this difference to statistically analyze the differences between the sample application area and the control area at different measurement time points. If the test data is a normal distribution, use t-test method for statistical analysis; If the test data is non normal distribution, the rank sum test method is used for statistical analysis
