Non destructive testing refers to the method of inspecting and testing the structure, properties, and state of the interior and surface of a test piece using physical or chemical methods, techniques, and equipment without damaging the test piece. Non destructive testing techniques and methods include: radiation, ultrasound, magnetic powder, penetration, eddy current, magnetic flux leakage, acoustic emission, phased array, guided wave, infrared, etc.

● Application of non-destructive testing technology:

The application of nondestructive testing technology runs through all aspects of equipment integrated management, and its application objects include: steel rolling, smelting equipment, lifting machinery, power plant equipment, special equipment, building steel structures, high-strength bolts, and other equipment

♦ Steel rolling equipment: rack, roller table, transmission shaft, roller (new product, in service, modified)
